Vibration Analysis & Fault Diagnostics

VibMaster having ISO/ASNT 18436-2 Cat-II & Cat-III Certified Vibration Analyst, which are very few in India – Leading the vibration analysis program and serving our valuable customer through on-site AMC’s and Call based vibration analysis services using world class measuring instruments through PAN India.

Online Vibration Monitoring System

Continuous Monitoring allows alarms to be triggered when levels increase beyond user set limits. It also allows trends in the readings to be observed to give an indication of the urgency of the need for action. Unlike periodic measurements it is possible to respond to rapid failure modes when continuous monitoring is employed

Ultrasound Monitoring

Human hearing capacity is in range of 20Hz to 20 KHz and the ultrasonic sound being monitored is sound waves that occur in the 20KHz to 100 KHz range, making it impossible for early detection of a developing problem without the competent use of an Ultra Probe. Ultra-probe is sensible enough to detect pinhole leakage as low as 1psi.

In-situ Dynamic Balancing

We offer the highest Balancing Quality Grade as per ISO 21940 with precious phase measurement using the latest FFT analyzer cum field balancer & laser based optical phase reference in rotor with rigid behavior. This system makes balancing very fast and precise positioning of balancing mass thus avoiding requirement of trim balancing.

Motor Current Signature Analysis

Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) is predictive maintenance technique where we able to detect electrical failures far in advance- giving you power to confirm the actual fault and take required maintenance action at correct time.

Infrared Themography

VibMaster provides thermography services, comprising survey of Electrical apparatus (loose electrical connections, MCC/PCC panels, Switchyards/power stations, Motor terminal box, Switchgears) and Mechanical systems Compressors, steam/pipe leakage, bearing temperature analysis, refractories etc.) And also for building structure and roof moisture.

Operation Deflection Shape And Model Analysis

Operating Deflection Shape (ODS) analysis is a method used for visualisation of the vibration patterns of a machine or structure caused by unknown operating forces. This is different from the study of the vibration patterns of a machine under known external forces, which is usually referred to as Modal Analysis.

Oil Analysis

Oil Condition Monitoring (OCM) or Used Oil Analysis (UOA) predictive maintenance programmes help clients avoid costly machinery, engine and power-train failures by tracking changes in machinery lubricant quality. Providing vital ‘early-warning’ of impending problems and supporting smooth and reliable machinery operation.

Non-Destructive Technique

The purpose of NDT-based condition assessment study is to evaluate the present condition of the components in terms of integrity & healthiness and to estimate future inspections, repairs, modifications / replacement based on projected usage with proper lead time, so that the economical operation of the unit can be optimized.
